We arrived in Australia last night after about 30 hours of travel (not all flying, also a good amount of airport lay-over time). We had to fly into New Zealand first, then take two flights to get to Cairns, followed by an hour or so car ride to get up to Mossman where we are staying (Matt's doing well driving on the wrong side of the road :P ). Needless to say we slept well last night.

Today we had a nice breakfast at the B&B, and relaxed out on the deck which has a beautiful
view and tropical birds that swing by for some fruit that the owners put out.

Later we took Lisa to a resort where Becca had gotten her a surprise massage for her birthday.
We had a nice lunch at the resort, then found a great swimming hole in the river below and enjoyed a refreshing swim. The small dot in the middle is Matt swimming :->

We then took a hike in the nearby rain forest and are now in the "big" town of Port Douglas for some dinner.

Tomorrow we head to the Reef...
